Tattoosday Goes to Hawai'i: In Nomine Patris

On my last day in Hawai'i, I was at Pearlridge, when I spotted a guy walking through Borders. The swirling script on his inner left forearm grabbed my eye:


This Latin phrase, "In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti " translates to "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit".

Dustin, who serves in the Navy, is a Catholic, and he wanted something that expressed his faith. This is one of his three tattoos.

The tattoo was inked by Jeremie Miller at 3D Ink Tattoo Studio in Pensacola, Florida.

Tattoosday Goes to Hawai'i: Dottie's Tribute to Daddy

On my last day in Hawai'i I had some time to kill before my flight. I wanted to stay close to the airport, so I headed over to Pearlridge Center to do some last minute shopping.

One of the first people I met was Dottie, a Kentuckian who had moved to Oahu.

She had this touching tattoo on her calf:


It is a memorial piece for her father, who was a constable back in Kentucky. Sadly, he was killed in the line of duty in 1984. The rose is part of the shield he wore and she incorporated it into the tattoo design.

The tattoo was inked at Big Daddy's Tattoos in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She also wanted to clarify that the shield with the rose is the symbol for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund and encourages people, if interested in the memorial, to visit the website here.

Tutorial Instal GPS Garmin Di Nokia 5800

Beberapa waktu yang lalu saya baru aja membahas bagaimana cara menghack hp Nokia 5800. Pada kesempatan kali ini, saya akan mencoba share tutorial instal GPS Garmin di Nokia 5800. Penasaran kan?? Langsung di cek aja kalau begitu,,,

Garmin?? ada yang sudah tau belum apa itu Garmin?? Pasti udah pada tau kan?? Okedeh kalau begitu, jadi saya nggak panjang lebar menjelaskan garmin lagi disini. Buat sobat blogger yang belum tau apa itu Garmin, bisa bertanya aja yah sama om Google. Ok

Cara Instal Garmin :
  1. Download Garmin (link download dibawah)
  2. Instal GarminMobileXT.sis di hp sobat blogger (ada di dalam file garmin diatas)
  3. Copy folder garmin yang sudah sobat blogger download di root memory eksternal sobat blogger.
  4. Buka IMEI Converter, masukan IMEI sobat blogger, lalu catat garmin ID nya. (No IMEI ada di deket batre)

  5. Buka Garmin Keygen, masukan ID yang sudah di peroleh. Software productnya biarkan aja seperti itu.
  6. Klik generate
  7. Catet kode yang didapat di notepad, kemudian save as dengan nama SW.UNL (save as type : all files)
  8. Pilih map product, custom map set dan masukan kode 430
  9. klik OK, lalu generate (catet lagi di notepad, save as dengan nama GMAPSUPP.UNL)
  10. Copy-paste SW.UNL dan GMAPSUPP.UNL ke dalem folder Garmin yang sudah sobat blogger download tadi.
  11. Selesai

Tattoosday Goes To Hawai'i - All in the Family, Part 3 (Ikaika, In Progress)

Continuing with the mini-reunion, of sorts, with my family in Hawai'i, back in April, let's visit with my nephew Ikaika. If seeing my nephew Keali'i for the first time in 18 years was a trip, then talking to Ikaika was an all-out exercise in time travel, it seemed.

Ikaika, to my memory, was a toddler, barely a kid. Or, at least that's how I last remembered him. Now, he is an adult, and he remembered who I was, much to my amazement.

He shared his work in progress, a traditional-style Hawaiian pattern tribal sleeve, here:


This sleeve represents about twelve hours of work, all done by George "Keoki" Davis at HippoGrafix.

Ikaika also shared this hannya mask on the back of his calf, courtesy of "Tattoo Mike" Higuchi at Dark Side Tattoo in Honolulu:

Link Download Sudah Di Delete???

Akhir-akhir ini banyak sekali saya menerima laporan dari sobat blogger yang mengeluh tidak bisa download karena link downloadnya sudah di delete. Nah, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan remo-xp kepada sobat blogger, maka mulai hari ini, buat sobat blogger yang menemui link download yang sudah di delete, harap laporkan di sini.

Sebenarnya saya juga udah bingung sob, mau upload file dimana lagi, soalnya file yang di upload gak ada yg bertahan lama. Untuk saat ini file yang aman sih di 4shared, cuma saya juga sudah mendapatkan beberapa peringatan kalau file yangg saya upload menyalahi peraturan. Huhuu

UPDATE :
Polling sudah saya tutup. Makasih buat sobat blogger yang sudah berpartisipasi dan memberi masukan. Untuk hosting yang paling banyak di pilih buat penyimpanan file di remo-xp jatuh pada indowebster, dan kedua mediafire dan di ikuti oleh 4shared.

Keputusan :
Untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kenyamanan bersama, maka saya selaku pengurus dan sekaligus pendiri remo-sp menetapkan, bahwa :
